Welcome to Tiven (the "App"). These Terms are the agreement between you and TIVEN LIMITED ("we") regarding your use of the App. By using the App, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms.
The App is a tool for organizing and recording personal and family health information and medical expenses, helping you keep lab reports, medical records, exam reports, imaging, medical receipts and bills, and other materials in one place, structure them, and view them over time.
The App is not a medical service. It does not provide any diagnosis, interpretation, treatment, or medication advice, and does not make any clinical judgments; reference ranges and abnormal flags are transcribed verbatim from what is printed on the report, and the App never makes its own determination.
Automatically recognized and extracted results may be saved as unreviewed records so you can verify them against the originals, and may contain recognition errors. Unreviewed medical expenses are excluded from confirmed totals.
When using the App, you must not:
The App offers a free plan and paid subscriptions.
Paid subscriptions may include higher processing quotas, medical-imaging access and storage, storage add-ons, and other premium capabilities. The exact benefits and prices are shown on the subscription or purchase page in the App and billed through the in-app purchase system of the store where you obtained the App. Purchase, activation, renewal, cancellation, and refunds follow the applicable Google Play or Apple App Store rules.
Changes to available plans or prices do not affect your right to access, export, and delete the data you have already saved.
We may update, adjust, or suspend some or all features for reasons such as maintenance, security, laws and regulations, or product iteration; for significant changes, we will make reasonable efforts to give advance notice in the app.
The service is provided "as is," and we do not guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted or entirely error-free.
All information in the App is for organizing and recording reference only and does not constitute any medical opinion; rely on the original files and your doctor's judgment (see the Medical Disclaimer).
Automated recognition and extraction may contain errors; you are responsible for checking the results against the originals before marking them as reviewed.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service, or from reliance on information displayed in the App; our total cumulative liability to you will not exceed the amount you actually paid for the service in the twelve months before the relevant event.
This clause does not exclude or limit any liability that may not be excluded or limited under the law.
You may stop using the App at any time and permanently delete your account and the data it owns (irreversible) under "Settings → Delete account."
If you seriously violate these Terms (such as abusing the service or endangering others' data security), we may restrict or terminate your use of the service after notice.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be announced prominently in the app; your continued use of the App after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the applicable law of your place of habitual residence, and nothing in these Terms deprives you of the rights you have under the mandatory laws of your region. Any disputes arising from these Terms should first be resolved through friendly negotiation between the parties.
